6 participants of each town = 24 people (plus interested audience just to listen)

OPTION A: Quadripartite cooking class

Four cooking teams prepare a four country menu

kitchens: kitchen STADTHALLE, school kitchen Walterichschule, kitchen Catholic Community Center. At 18:00 h the cooking teams come together to enjoy their meals. Two chefs support the cooking teams.

 

Registration required. Maximum 10 participants of each twinned town. The twinned towns are invited to send suggestions of 10 meals until March 30th, 2012 to Murrhardt twinning office. The Murrhardt team will choose what meals will be cooked.

 

 

OPTION B : Town walk in Murrhardt.

Specially for those guests who are for the first time in Murrhardt

 

OPTION C : Free time with hosts.

Saturday, July 21st, 2012

 

09:15 h Meeting at Murrhardt station for half day trip to Stuttgart

16:30 h Returning to Murrhardt station

 

Transport to Stuttgart by train or bus (depends on the number of participants for each option). In Stuttgart town centre using public busses or trams if necessary.

 

The participants (guests and hosts) half to registrate for one of the OPTIONS

 

- sightseeing in Stuttgart

- Visiting State Gallery

- Visiting Stuttgart Art Museum

- Wilhelma Zoo

- Porsche Museum

- Mercedes Museum

- Shopping tour

 

Participants bring their lunch or organize a short lunch stop individually.

 

Participants are divided into groups. Each group will have (depending on number of participants) one or more tour guides and translators if needed.

 

The costs for transportation and museum tickets are covered by the town of Murrhardt.

Reception for official closing of Quadripartite 2012 (ALL guests and hosts)

 

Short speeches by the Mayors.

 

Lunch with the host families

Afternoon and evening free with hosts

 

14:00 h – Friends for Europe GAMES WITHOUT FRONTIERS at Waldsee lake and barbecue

19:00 h end of programme Friends for Europe
